KBA-Grafitec, a member of Koenig & Bauer family, and one of the world's leading manufacturers of printing presses, has successfully adopted Salesforce's CRM system with the help of Emeldi "Salesforce’s partner in the Czech Republic" and its consultancy services.
Emeldi Group has provided a one week certification course for EDS (an HP company) for Liferay development and Oracle Weblogic Server administration specifically focused on addressing the current business and technological requirements of EDs. The training took place in EDS's headquarters in Cairo and was headed by Emeldi's leading specialists in the field.

SalesforceCRM is a world-leader software-as-a-service (SaaS) CRM solution. In addition to the benefits offered by cloud computing, KBA's new CRM system will streamline a wide range of their business activities:
