Telefónica O2 Slovakia released E-portal delivered by Emeldi

E-portal is a large and ambitious self-care portal application and it is officially called Moje O2. As a single sign-on portal system, E-portal takes on the role as O2 Slovakia’s new primary face to the online world by integrating all of O2 Slovakia’s distributed customer self-service web applications (such as o2Active, E-Shop, O2Forum, E-Recharging, bulletins, etc.) into a single-point of service web portal. Emeldi Group enters banking sector

Emeldi Software Services s.r.o.; member of Emeldi Group successfully implemented solution for the management of reinsurance contracts and detailed statistics for Czech and Slovak subsidiaries of a Dutch financial institution ING bank. ING is the Emeldi’s first customer from banking sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
Emeldi developed highly specialized application called ING Reinsurance to Czech and Slovak branch. This application offers easier and more efficient management of reinsurance contracts with various parameters, among others it serves as a reinsurance codebook. The user interface is fully consistent with standard ING framework. ING Reinsurance enables various settings for filtering, data administration and data export in database format. The other supported functions are calculation monitoring and setting of calculation initialization.

The most important benefits of ING Reinsurance application are:
  • replacement of original system by more complex solution, which is fully consistent with a standard company’s framework
  • improvements in calculation effectiveness
  • more timely detection of demands reaction
  • support for more effective internal rules enforcement
