T-Com  (in past officially called Slovenské telekomunikácie and Slovak Telecom; the brand used for fixed line products is T-Com since March 2006) is the largest telecommunications company operating in Slovakia. It is majority owned (51 percent) by Germany's Deutsche Telekom.  

Emeldi Group consultants played a key role in the re-organisation of T-Com’s customer front office, following its acquisition by Deutsche Telekom. Our consultants were involved in:

• Managing implementation and rollout of Call Centres in T-Com
• Business Process design and organisational deployment
• Work instructions development and deployment
• Definition of KPIs, Organisational Roles, Responsibilities and Reporting Lines

Emeldi was also engaged to define internal and inter-operator business processes for introduction of Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) in Slovakia.
