Market Liberalisation Consultancy

• Emeldi Group consultants managed implementation of OSS and BSS architecture, namely systems, processes and organisational changes related to the introduction of Carrier Selection, Carrier Pre-selection, Number Portability and Unbundled Local Loop. This was a project related to market liberalisation and requirement placed upon Czech Republic Government to comply with EU Telecommunications laws and directives (Czech Republic EU entry in 2004)
• Emeldi consultants participated in negotiation with the Association of Fixed Line Operators and Regulatory Office in Czech Republic regarding market liberalisation service definition standards, inter-operator business processes and systems.
