Emeldi started implementation of new Customer Care Portal software. It will help technical support staff to resolve customer problems faster and better. This new version will dramatically improve reaction time for fixing of most common problems.
Emeldi group finished implementation of Domain Registry product in Telefonica O2, Czech Republic. Thanks to this product Telefonica O2 will be able to offer more than 30 types of domains online.
