     Title: Emeldi successfully sets up and implements KBA Grafitec’s new CRM system

KBA-Grafitec, a member of Koenig & Bauer family, and one of the world's leading manufacturers of printing presses, has successfully adopted Salesforce's CRM system with the help of Emeldi "Salesforce’s partner in the Czech Republic" and its consultancy services.

SalesforceCRM is a world-leader software-as-a-service (SaaS) CRM solution. In addition to the benefits offered by cloud computing, KBA's new CRM system will streamline a wide range of their business activities:

• Full automation of a significant portion of its internal processes
• Complete sales overview with detailed communication history
• Advanced online monitoring and reporting
• Mobile access for remote users and travelling representatives
