The Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTK) is the largest telecommunications company in Bulgaria. It operates the Bulgarian fixed-line network, one of the three Bulgarian GSM networks under the brand name Vivatel. Besides serving the vast majority of fixed telephone lines in the country, BTK is also the biggest Bulgarian ADSL Internet service provider.
Emeldi consultants have been managing the BTK Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Programme Office, a cornerstone of business change within the company, as it undergoes a dramatic modernisation process and prepares itself for market liberalisation.
This Programme continues to successfully deliver:
